and papers should

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. The proposal should
be in abstract form, approximately 400 words in length. The title of
the paper, name of the author(s) and affiliation address, e-mail
address of all authors must be on the top of the abstract.
Criteria
for Submission:
* The proposal (abstract) should be at least 400 words in length. The
name of
the author(s) and affiliation address, E-mail (s) must be on the top of
the
abstract.
* All abstracts (proposals) are reviewed and the accepted papers will
be
published in a reviewed book. The book will be printed after the
conference and
will include only the papers presented at the conference.
* Authors of accepted papers are required to register for the
conference, pay
the annual COPE membership dues and publication fee.
* The completed paper is limited to 15 pages.
