Papers are not limited to the above areas. The
deadline for submission of
proposals (abstract): January 31, 2009.
The
deadline for paper
submissions: April 20, 2009. Abstracts
and papers should
be sent to: cope2009@mtk.ut.ee Criteria for Submission: * The proposal (abstract) should be at least 400 words in length. The name of the author(s) and affiliation address, E-mail (s) must be on the top of the abstract. * All abstracts (proposals) are reviewed and the accepted papers will be published in a reviewed book. The book will be printed after the conference and will include only the papers presented at the conference. * Authors of accepted papers are required to register for the conference, pay the annual COPE membership dues and publication fee. * The completed paper is limited to 15 pages.
