submission of proposals (abstracts) is February 15, 2008
The deadline for paper
submissions is April 20, 2008.
Please submit your proposal electronically to:

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. The proposal should
be in abstract form, approximately 400 words in length. The title of
the paper, name of the author(s) and affiliation address, e-mail
address of all authors must be on the top of the abstract.
All abstracts are reviewed and accepted papers are published in a
reviewed book. The book will be printed after the conference and will
include only the papers presented at the conference. Authors of
accepted proposals are required to register for the
conference and pay the annual COPE membership dues and publication
fee.
The completed paper is
limited to 15 pages.
