CONGRESS OF POLITICAL ECONOMISTS, INTERNATIONAL Dear Colleagues, You are cordially invited to participate in the Sixteenth Annual COPE International Conference (COPE 2005) in Santiago de Chile. We are waiting for participants on July 9, 2005, conference will be closed on July 16, 2005. The major conference theme is: "New World Order: Economic, Social, and Political Tendencies at the Beginning of Third Millennium". Presentations in another areas are also welcomed. Conference sessions will take place in five star San Plaza San Francisco Hotel. You will find detailed information about areas of interest below. Please read carefully all necessary information concerning conference, including Registration Form. You can send Registration Form electronically, by fax or by post. Proposals for papers, panel discussions, and sessions related to the theme are welcomed. Presenters and non-presenting participants are encouraged to serve as discussants or session chairs. Please indicate your preference on the Registration Form. All participants must join or be members of COPE International.
